Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Fantasy Cricket Hub (FCH) is an Android companion for fantasy cricket research —
schedules, squads, records, stadiums, and AI-assisted insights. This policy explains
what information we collect and how we use it, aligned with what the app actually does.
Our commitment
We do not sell your personal information. Fantasy Cricket Hub is not a cash-contest,
wallet, or deposit app — we do not run paid fantasy leagues or hold player funds.
Ads (including optional rewarded ads) and an optional premium subscription help support
the free experience.
What we collect
-
Account data — If you sign in with email/password or Google, we process
identifiers such as email, display name, and profile photo URL via Firebase Authentication.
-
Guest usage — You may browse without creating an account. Limited
preferences (for example guest session flags, unlock state, and tips) stay on the device.
-
App analytics & crash data — Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
collect usage events and crash reports to improve stability and product funnels
(for example guest browse → match open → AI picks → unlock).
-
Advertising identifiers — Google AdMob may use the device advertising ID
to serve and measure ads (banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads).
-
Notifications — If you allow notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud
Messaging device token to send match-related alerts.
-
Purchases — Optional premium subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
-
AI feature inputs — When you use AI tools (for example Ask FCH AI, AI picks,
or score projections), the prompts and related match context you submit are sent to our
cloud function so a response can be generated. See “AI features” below.
We do not collect contacts, SMS/message content, precise location, or payment card numbers.
Permissions we use
-
Internet & network state — Load schedules, records, ads, auth, and AI
responses.
-
Notifications — Optional match reminders and alerts. You can decline or
revoke this in system settings.
-
Advertising ID — Used by Google AdMob for ad serving and measurement on
supported devices.
Data on your device
Guest preferences, first-match / rewarded unlock state, premium entitlement cache,
coachmarks, and similar settings are stored locally (for example with SharedPreferences).
Clearing app data or uninstalling removes this local information from the device.
Android backup for app data is disabled in the current build, so these local preferences
are not copied through standard Android backup for Fantasy Cricket Hub.
Cloud services (Google & partners)
Fantasy Cricket Hub uses Google Firebase and Google advertising / billing services.
Processors include Google LLC (Firebase / Google Play services / AdMob) and, for AI
responses, our model provider via a Firebase Cloud Function.
-
Firebase Authentication — Sign-in with email/password or Google.
-
Firebase Realtime Database — Match schedules, squads, records, and related
cricket content used by the app.
-
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — Anonymized / aggregated usage and
crash diagnostics.
-
Firebase Cloud Messaging — Push delivery when notifications are allowed
(including topic subscription for product alerts).
-
Google AdMob — Ads that support the free tier, including optional rewarded
unlocks for some AI / insight features.
-
Google Play Billing — Optional premium subscription entitlement.
Their processing is also governed by Google’s (and, where applicable, the AI provider’s)
privacy policies.
AI features
AI features require a signed-in or guest-authenticated session. Your request is sent to our
Firebase Cloud Function with a Firebase ID token. The function forwards the prompt (and any
short conversation history you include) to an LLM API so we can return fantasy insights.
Prompts typically include match or player context you are viewing in the app — not your
contacts, photos, or device files. We do not use AI chats to run contests or process payments.
Do not submit sensitive personal information in free-text AI questions.
Children’s privacy
Fantasy Cricket Hub is for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a
child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Your choices
You can browse as a guest, sign in or sign out, decline notification permission, limit ad
personalization in your device / Google settings, manage or cancel a Play subscription in
Google Play, or clear app data / uninstall to remove local preferences.
To request deletion of account data associated with your Fantasy Cricket Hub sign-in, use
Help & Support in the app or email us at the address below. Uninstalling removes local
data on the device; cloud account records are removed when we process a deletion request.
